We took part in the sold-out autumn conference of the German Property Federation (ZIA) in Berlin. Together with CoreNet Global Chapter Central Europe and TU Darmstadt, ZIA brought the heads of real estate of large companies together with political decision-makers.
The focus was on corporate real estate management: how can companies use their property to stay competitive and decarbonise their building stock at the same time?
