Dr.-Ing. Tristan Emich

Co-Founder

Tristan Emich studied civil engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, where he successfully completed his doctorate at the Institute for Technology and Management in Construction at the Chair of Facility Management in February 2025. During his research, he investigated innovative digitization strategies for real estate management. His research focuses on the Smart Readiness Indicator. He is a member of various standardization working groups at the national and international level.

Dr.-Ing. Tobias Kropp

Co-Founder

Tobias Kropp completed his civil engineering studies (bachelor’s and master’s degrees) at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), specializing in structural engineering and technology and management in construction operations. He successfully completed his doctorate at the KIT’s Chair of Facility Management in May 2025. Tobias Kropp’s doctoral project and other research projects he has carried out mainly dealt with data-based process optimization in building operations and benchmarking in the field of facility management. Other research and teaching tasks at KIT covered topics related to sustainability, such as building renovation and energy-efficient refurbishment.

Mario Dropulić

Co-Founder

Mario Dropulić studied Business Informatics at the University of Mannheim and has more than 25 years of experience in IT consulting and the implementation of complex software projects, including over ten years in the field of AI applications. His areas of expertise include data-driven process optimization, artificial intelligence, digital platforms, and project and organizational management. In leadership roles at technology and consulting firms, he was responsible for the development of digital products as well as large-scale software and transformation projects. He led the development of AI-based systems for automated information and document processing, to support regulatory processes, and to analyze large data and document repositories in industries such as IT, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, real estate, mechanical engineering, and the public sector. As co-founder and CTO of OnSite Solutions, he is responsible for developing an AI-powered platform for digital building management.
